Bodywork is a gentle, respectful way of turning inward. Not by analysing, but by feeling. We listen to the language of your body — to what is stuck, what wants to relax and what wants to be heard.

How does a session work?
We begin with a short conversation about what is going on. Then we work with touch and breath, attuned to your pace and boundaries. Everything happens with your consent; you always stay in charge. A session lasts about 75 minutes.
