Welcome. I'm glad you're here. I am Beata, founder of Light 'n Soul. My path led me through my own healing, wonder and deepening — and ultimately to the work I now do with heart and soul.
My story
From a young age I felt that there is more than what is visible. I grew up close to water and nature, where silence, feeling and intuition were naturally present. Throughout my life I have learned to listen not only to words, but above all to what lives beneath them.
My path led me through many experiences and inner journeys. From travels to places of power and spiritual training to motherhood, intense life lessons and deep energetic work. Everything I have been through has brought me closer to my essence: living and working from gentleness, awareness and soul connection.
I work intuitively and quickly sense where blockages, emotions or old patterns have become lodged. I do not believe in 'quick fixes', but in lovingly coming home to yourself. With both feet on the ground and connected to the energetic layers, I guide people towards more calm, clarity and connection with their own truth.
In my guidance, safety, authenticity and feeling are central. Sometimes gentle and quiet, sometimes confrontingly honest — always attuned to what your soul needs.
Light 'n Soul was born from the desire to create a place where you don't have to prove anything. A place where there is room for awareness, healing and remembering who you really are.

I combine reconnective healing, bodywork and astrology into an attuned whole. No fixed method, but tailor-made work — attuned to who you are and what you need at this moment. With attention, calm and respect for your pace.
